Özet (EN)

This experiment was carried out for two years in green house condition to determine the effects of organic and mineral fertilized and mycorrhiza applications on the quality and quantity parameters of the nutrient uptake by tomato plant. The doses of 0, 50,100 ton ha"1 cattle manure; 0, 120, 240 kg ha"1 nitrogen; 120, 240, 360 kg ha"1 potassium and 100, 200 kg ha"1 phosphorus were used. The average mean of yield of two years was varied between 122.80 to 75.43 ton ha"1. The average weight of tomatoes was determined as 196.7 to 107. 1 g. The height and diameter of tomato were measured as 66.8 to 60.4 mm and 56.26 to 52.3 1 mm respectively. Dry matter and vitamin C values were determined as %5.807 to 5.135 whereas vitamin C determined as 31.51 to 26.09 mg/100 g fresh weights. The quality of product under green house condition is diminishing due to the high mineral fertilization usage in Mediterranean region. Increasing mineral nitrogen application decreased both the quality and storing capability of tomato plant. Moreover, resistance of plant against environmental and disease attack is becoming lesser by high input of mineral nitrogen applications. From the results, organic fertilization results high quality and the resistance capability of the plants. Results were revealed that organic fertilizers were much effective for quality parameters. Moreover, higher yield values were determined in organic fertilizer applied plot. Key Words: Mineral fertilization, organic fertilization, mycorrhiza, tomato, greenhouse production
