Abstract (EN)

Energy analysis is based on first law of thermodynamics. Energy analyses is used for reduce the heat loss and to increase the heat gain. It doesn?t give any information about the process occurring in energy reduction. Exergy analysis is based on first and second law of thermodynamics. Exergy analysis is explicitly specifying the locations of operations of exergy decrease in the process.In this study, the ceramic plant energy and exergy analysis is investigated. Exergy analysis is studied in Spray dryer, Vertical Dryer and Furnace Process. The firs aim of in this study; minimize the energy losses of system using by first and second laws of thermodynamics to increase the efficiency of the system.
