In this study, we will work up to compose the historical, economical and mathematical souls of the concept of 'the organic composition of the capital'. The inspiration of this study is that question: "Is the economic process entropic or not?" and the starting point is that answer: "The answer can be based on (but hidden in) the connections of the three coeval theories: Entropy theory of the thermodynamics, the organic composition of the capital parameter of Ricardian-Marxist theory and the evolution theory". It will be passed through six thresholds strictly connected by the pivotal parameter of the theory of economic growth, 'the organic composition of the capital', during this study. After determining a historical, conceptional and an intellectual perspective, we will try to form a framework about the term of capital. The second threshold is to present and synthesize the Romerian, Kaldorian, Solowian, Keynesian and Harrod-Domarian analyzes of this pivotal parameter. The third and the fourth thresholds are the methods of this study to materialize and measure the organic composition of the capital. The technical contributions of Robinson, Heertje, Reati, Rowthorn-Harris, Samuelson and the others are examined. The input-output tables and the balance sheets for non-financial assets of the countries of the earth are being used to measure the organic composition. The fifth and sixth thresholds are for developing the results of the study and for making a review about the capitalistic production model by the help of the theoretical and practical foundations. This study can be evaluated as the investigation of that assertion-question: "Can the components and basic concepts of the economical theory stand on a solid scientific base like organic composition platform?"
