Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine whether there is a significant relationship between the Ego States of the managers and performance in businesses working for the authorized service network of household appliances. The population of the research consists of the managers of the authorized services of a specific brand operating all over Türkiye and the service owners who actively work in the service just like managers. The research sample consisted of 174 companies that agreed to answer the survey. ESQ-R "Ego States Oran" and "Authorized Service Complaint Rate" were used to collect data. Evaluation of the data was carried out with the SPSS 24.0 program. At the end of the study, no significant relationship was found between the ego states of authorized service managers and their success performance.
