The impact of the cartoons films contented affection, children's drawings who attending fifth grade of primary school in the visual arts education

In this study, it has been proposed to evaluate the impact of the cartoons filmscontented affection, children?s drawings who attending fifth grade of primary school in thevisual arts education. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate and determine theeffect of the cartoon films on drawings of children fifth grade of primary school children inthe education of the visual arts.In this study, all features of the cartoon films for kids were considered. Also, thepotential impact of these cartoon films on children fifth grade primary school and how theyaffect them is determined.The study is expected to bring in to public view certain advantages of the cartoonfilms as a visual tool for kid provided that it had been used for right purpose besides beingenjoyable. These advantages could be educating, informative, developing creative thinking,expression of emotional and intellectual feelings and most importantly directing theeducational background in positive manner.In the first part of this study, under the title of ?introduction?, the explanations arewritten, which were about problems, aims, importance, hypothesis, limitations anddefinitions.In the second part of study, definition of cartoon films, historical development ofcartoon films in world history, magical world of Walt Disney, history of manga and animationup to now, historical development of cartoon films in Turkey, the effects of cinema,caricature, comic book and the plastic arts on the cartoon films properties of cartoon films,under the title of ?cartoon films and its historical development? based on the publishedsources and overviews.In the third part of the study, under the title of ?child, cartoon films and education? thevisual arts education, short history of the visual arts in Turkey, social developing properties,emotional developing properties, evaluation developing properties and physical developing ofprimary school aged kids, psychological necessity of children in respect of age groups,subjects that children interest at the different age groups, communication by TV and child,cartoon films and its effects, cartoon films and child, visual perception in education,creativity, definitions of creativity, importance of creativity, creativity and the visual arts andimproving creativity and so on are written.In the fourth part of the study, under the title of ?method?, the required explanationsare written, which were about universe-sampling, collecting data, solving and commentingdata.To reach the aim of the study and to determine the effect of cartoon films on the fifthgrade primary school children, the data which were collected from research, in the fifth part ofstudy (findings and comments) were evaluated.In the sixth part of the research work, which is the results part assorted affects ofcartoons films contented affection, on fifth grade primary school children were tried toexplain and commented. Possible suggestions about the further research have been explained.In the appendix part of the study, sample cartoon films are attached.
