The Works of children's literature are very important products for the psyhological and social development of the invidual. In consideration of the positive moral values that the invidual must adapt to the society in which they live in the process of socialization, adopt appropriate norms for that society and gain in the process of socialization, children's literature work have an important place after its interaction with the environment and the family of the invidual. For this reason, the perspective of children's boks adopted in the process of socialization is important today. Children's boks prepared concerning children's reality and the principles of child vision are expected to include universally accepted, contemporary and equalized approaches, as well as the values embraced by the society in which is universal value, should take its place in children's books. This research aims to reveal the perspective of Sevim AK, one of the must important children's literature writers of today, on social gender roles in children's boks and whether or not her Works include these roles. A document review method was used in the research. Sevim AS's 35 children's boks have been examined within the framework of the categories generated according to the data obtained from the scanning of the literature, the data obtained are interpreted through the analysis of the descriptive content. According to the findings, it has been concluded that the characters in the childiren's boks of Sevim AK support the perception of traditional gender roles to a large extent, although they differ in some places.
