Abstract (EN)

After the I. World War, the ally goverments had made some secret agreements about the ottoman?s territories. Later, with Mondoros Armistice Agreement had been made the ally goverments had struck a great blow to Ottoman Empire. After this agreement, The occupations had been started all over the Ottoman territories. n 18 January 1919 at having gathered the Peace conference of Paris, the main criters of the agreements which concluded I.World War had been determined. Also there was Serves Course which was wanted Ottoman Empire to Sign. The process of this Course had started in Paris, Had been Prepared in London, and Finally it had come to a conclusion in San Remo. Severs Course that had been conclusion in San Remo, was presented to Ottoman Empire?s Goverment as a mortal report. As a result of the discusions that had been made mutually Ottoman Empire?s Goverment signed this agreement, not as resisting the pressures. But, this course would never be validity due to it has never been approved by a parliament. This agreement course that didn?t take effect frequently had found with against and in favour of writing in Turkish and foreing media in that days.
