The talk about the Basmalah and Hamdalah of the great scholar Sheikh Shihab Al-Deen, well-known as Umayra, died in 957 A.H. , in terms of Study and investigation: It is a commentary on the Basmalah and Hamdalah, which called me to achieve this type of commentaries, which is one of the unique Islamic scientific heritage in its chapter, which is diverse in its presentation as well as what I used to see, study and examine in these notes and other great benefits, beautiful alerts, and diversity of knowledge. In addition to what Sheikh Umayra, may Allah have mercy on him, had in terms of scientific talent, insight, and a thoughtful style about employing and criticizing issues and his touching on many fields of science and useful books which have their significant values in the world of investigation and scrutiny. The present study is divided into an introduction and two chapters - namely: The Study section and the Investigation one as well as the Conclusion. The plan of writing the research is as follows: Chapter one includes talking about Sheikh Umayra: his name, lineage, upbringing, position, death and heritage, and confirming the name of the book and its belonging to its author, the most prominent features of its approach, and my methodology in the investigation and description of the transcription and the approved version. Then comes chapter two, which is the investigation and includes the verified text, followed by the conclusion with the most important results included. It has been concluded that Sheikh Umayra's explanation involved many sciences, arts and knowledge similar to the art for which he wrote this book, the science of Interpretation. The one who examines this interpretation sees many sciences of different kinds and branches in it that are combined by the science of Interpretation, which is a point of convergence among sciences with each other. Interpretation combines Grammar, Morphology, Rhetoric, Speech, Jurisprudence, Assets, Hadith and other kinds of science. Sheikh Umayra has also combined and reconciled these sciences and connected them to each other in a way that makes it easier for the learners to return to the origins of issues in various fields of Science, and this is an indication of the capacity of knowledge the author Sheikh Umayra, may Allah have mercy on him, had.
