The vocabulary in the novels' of Sezgin Kaymaz

Sezgin Kaymaz has announced his name with his novels and stories in the last periof of Turkish literature, at sshort notice he has brougt many works to Turkish literature. In this study, Sezgin Kaymaz's novels were examined; his vocabulary was try to determined over his novels. The study aims to point out the place and his own literary style's speciality. The study consists of four sections apart from the instruction and conclusion. In the introduction, the historical development of the novel in Turkish literature was shortly described. In the first section, the life, works and literary personality were presented. In the second section, the longest and broadest part of the study, the vocabulary was revealed in the novels. Items of vocabulary were pared to under titles, example sentences from novels were given under the under titles. In the third section, examples of standard languages and non-linguistic usages in the novels were showed. In the four section, finally, noun and verb factors in the novels were given. Since the study was based on Kaymaz's novels, a context-based analysis was conducted and samples from the texts were presented. In the conclusion, the study findings were examined. In appendix part, the questions prepared for Sezgin Kaymaz via e-mail and the photographs of Sezgin Kaymaz's novels were included.
