Abstract (EN)
Prevention of diseases comes before treatment. In this respect, it is necessary to take precautions to protect health and avoid getting sick. Epidemics caused by infectious viruses, chronic diseases that require long treatment processes, cannot be cured, and often result in death; It reveals the need and importance of a strong immune system and a clean, correct, healthy and balanced diet. In the Holy Quran, believers are shown ways to be spiritually healthy and to protect their physical health by mentioning foods that are a source of healing, through the principles of belief, worship and morality. It is necessary to consume beneficial foods to be protected from diseases and to be healthy. As a result of the verse scanning, it was determined that there are 22 types of nutrients mentioned in the Holy Quran. In this research, we first tried to explain the concepts related to the subject, the reasons for mentioning the foods mentioned in the verses and their benefits for human health.
