Abstract (EN)
This study resilience, coping and stress the main purpose is to examine attitudes of people working in the insurance industry, according to some variables. Survey data was collected in the province of Istanbul on people who work in the insurance company. 208 people voluntarily participated in the study. Resilience Scale as a data collection tool, attitudes, coping with stress is used to inventory and personal information form. Descriptive statistics in the study, ANOVA, t-test, correlation results were obtained using regression analysis. Psychological resistance level of insurance companies working in the research relationship is a correlation between the level of coping with stress have been identified. the resilience of the insurance company employees have concluded that the determining factor on coping with stress. Increase resilience to cope with stress positively.
