Determination of the yield and quality characteristics of grape varieties Siirt and Batman provinces

In this study, the province of Siirt in the years 2016-2017 Tillo, Pervari, Eruh, Baykan, Şirvan, Kurtalan, in the central districts and villages and the province of Batman Gercüş, Sason, Kozluk, Hasankeyf, Beşiri, yield and quality characteristics of about 28 local grape varieties grown in central districts and villages were investigated. In this study, yield and quality characteristics of grape varieties were investigated and phenological stages were observed. The research materials are samples of grapes grown on the healthy grapevines in the local ties grown in dry conditions. The study is planned to have 3 replications and the yield of the local grape varieties to determine the yield and quality characteristics (kg/grapevine), decare yield (kg/da), cluster weights (g), berry width (mm), berry size (mm), berry weight (g), % (TCC) dry matter, pH, acidity and titratable acid amounts (g/l) were examined. The lowest cluster weight were determined in Drejik (118.57 g) Guşto (121.02 g), the highest cluster weight determined in Tayfi (475.51 g) and Tılımıtır (528.58 g) grape varieties. The lowest fertile variety is Guşto (1.70 kg/grapevine-250 kg/da) while the varieties with high yield values are Tayfi (7.00 kg/grapevine-840 kg/da) and Mazrumi (6.40 kg/grapevine-750 kg/da) varieties. Very low water content, low, medium and high varieties were determined. The pH of the examined species was determined between 2.60-5.50 and the lowest pH value was Karo (2.66), the highest pH value of Veledezine (2.95) was Drejik (5.03) and Zerrık (4.72).
