Abstract (EN)

The research material consisted of high moisture fermented corn stored for about 3 months. Approximately 60 kg of the silages opened at the end of the fermentation period were brought to the laboratory and sampled for the beginning of aerobic stability. Subsequently, the materials were divided into 3 treatment groups. The study groups consisted of doses of control (untreated), sodium diacetate and sodium benzoate, and their different doses (0,5%, 1% and 2%). After the addition of additives, silage samples were subjected to aerobic stability test at 25-26 oC and 36-37 oC temperatures in each treatment group. pH, dry matter (DM), lactic acid (LA), water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC), ammonia-dependent nitrogen (NH3-N), LAB, yeast and mold on samples at 0, 4, 7 and 12th days of aerobic stability counts were performed. At the same time, the results of evaluation were recorded in each treatment group in silage samples at a distance of 1 m with thermal camera T200 IR. Subsequently, the data were evaluated in the ThermaCAM software program. As a result of the study, the addition of additives reduced the pH, NH3-N and yeast contents of the silages, increased the content of WSC and LA, and prevented the growth of mold growth of silages. The aerobic stability properties of sodium diacetate and sodium benzoate silages were positively affected by the control group.
