Abstract (EN)

In this study carried out in Silifke district of Mersin province in 2019, it was tried to determine the in vitro sensitivity of fungal pathogens and Botrytis cinerea isolates to some fungicides that are problematic in strawberry fields during the harvest period. Fungal pathogens, disease rates of pathogens and dry plant rates were determined in the field and greenhouse areas where 1 and 2 year old strawberry plants were found. 20 Botrytis cinerea isolates collected from different production areas were tested for in vitro sensitivity to fungicides containing fluazinam, imazalil, fenhexamid, cyprodinil+fludioxonil and pyrimethanil. Botrytis cinerea (gray mold), Mycosphaerella fragariae (leaf spot disease) and Sphaerotheca macularis (powdery mildew) factors were widely determined at the sampling points determined in the study areas. Fungi belonging to the genera Rhizoctonia, Cylindrocarpon, Fusarium, Alternaria, Aspergillus, Macrophomina, Penicillium, Cladosporium, Trichoderma, Rhizopus and Mucor were identified as a result of the isolations made from the roots of plants with root rot in strawberry production areas. As a result of the distribution of Botrytis cinerea isolates, which were tested to determine the sensitivity levels, according to the ED50 values calculated as a result of probit analysis, it was observed that they were highly sensitive to cyprodinil+fludioxonil and fluazinam. In fenhexamid application, it was determined that all isolates were susceptible to this fungicide. Isolates gained resistance with the onset of sensitivity decreases in imazalil. In pyrimethanil application all isolates high degree resistance wins out has come out. In conclusion, Botrytis cinerea isolates to cyprodinil+fludioxonil, fluazinam and fenhexamid resistance they did not win but to these fungicides sensitivity decreases to be seen increasingly may cause problems resistance at the levels your increases that you can live is pointing.
