Abstract (EN)

Tanzimat is the period that Ottoman Empire turn its face to the West with its various institutions. In this period there were many changes in terms of political, military, social and cultural life and those changes influenced literature as well. In this period that Turkish Literature was influenced by Western Literature, the poems of Şinasi, who was a leading figure with his ideas and was a pathfinder in terms of literature, are important as well as his ideas. In this thesis, the structure form relations of Şinasi poems were examined. Structure of poem is formed with the integrity of ?harmony?, ?content?, ?shape?, ?language and style? but on the other hand it has a different form of those. The structure cannot be reduced to any of its constituents but texts can be handled separately in order to get a better conclusion. The poems of Şinasi first handled in terms of ?harmony?, ?content?, ?form?,? language and style? in an order.
