Abstract (EN)

In the first stage of this thesis, 3- (3-Methoxyphenyl) -1- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1a), 3-(2,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)-1- (4-hydroxyphenyl)-prop-2-en-1-one (1b), 3- (3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl) -1- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1c), 3- (2,4,5-Trimethoxyphenyl) -1- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1d), 3- (3,5-Difluorophenyl) -1- ( 4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1e), 3- (3,5-Difluorophenyl) -1- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1e), 3 - (4-Chloro-2-fluorophenyl) -1- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1f), 3- (4-Chloro-3- (trifluoromethyl) phenyl) -1- ( 4-hydroxyphenyl) -prop-2-en-1-one (1g) compounds were synthesized by reaction of 4'-hydroxyacetophenone and substituted benzaldehydes. In the second step, the 2,2,4,4-tetrachloro-6,6-bis [spiro (2 ', 2' '-dioxy-1', 1 '' -biphenylyl)] cyclotriphosphazene compound (3) was obtained by reaction of hexachlorocyclotrifosfazene (2) and 2-2'-biphenol. In the third stage, Synnamoyl substituted phosphazene compounds were synthesized by reaction of Compounds 1a-g and 2,2,4,4-Tetrachloro-6,6-bis [spiro (2 ', 2 "-dioxy-1', 1" -biphenylyl)] cyclotrifosfazene (3). The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, UV / VIS, 1H-NMR, 13C APT-NMR spectroscopy and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. New composites were prepared by hydrothermal method by adding the phosphazene compounds with graphene in certain proportions. In the last stage, dielectric constants, dielectric loss factors, AC conductivity conductivity of graphene composites were investigated as a function of frequency.
