Abstract (EN)

China and the Horn of Africa have recently been very close. As the relationship between the two increases, the nature, structure and reasons of this participation is to be discussed. China's position in the region has become important for its development as a major country, and it is also vital for its confidence in the world. However, the reasons for its attraction and importance to the Horn of Africa remain to be questioned and investigated. Understanding what China's plan in the Horn countries are will give us enlightenment on the nature of the relationship between the two countries. In addition, understanding the Horn of Africa's position and its thoughts on China's involvement in this issue will help us understand the strength of these relationships. This research focus on the reason and strategies of the Chinese involvement and the Horn reactions to it.
