Abstract (EN)

In this study, SiO2 / TiO2, TiO2 / VOx, SiO2 / VOx compounds have been synthesized as new nanostructures by hydrothermal method in different temperature and time combinations and added to the literature. They have received a great interest in the recent years, many modified electronic and optical properties, including photocatalysis and photoelectrochemical solar cells, as well as nano-size titanium dioxide (TiO2) materials, which have been used in a wide range of applications. The nanostructures synthesized during the thesis were characterized by SEM-EDX, FTIR and XRD devices. We will determine the magnetic properties of the compounds obtained in this study using the PPMS device for the first time. When these results are evaluated, it is thought that the synthesized nanostructures can be used as magnetic detectors. The observation of an increase in anatase structure by XRD graphics obtained as a result of titanium dioxide doping shows that the photocatalytic properties of the synthesized nano forms increase. Key Words: Hydrothermal Synthesis, Magnetic Properties.
