Abstract (EN)
According to classical legal doctrine, the sources of debt are stated in limited numbers in the form of breach of contract, tort and unjust enrichment. However, in regard of modern legal doctrine, responsibility of trust is also considered as a type of responsibility, by accepting that the person who has procedural contact has the obligation of protective behavior. Trust is an indispensable element in people's daily lives and commercial relations, which has been a part of our lives since the existence of humans in the historical process. The trust is based on good faith. Accordingly, everyone must act honestly while fulfilling their rights and obligations. Considering the prevalence of a group of companies today, the issue that the responsibility of trust can be applied to this group has come to the fore. This responsibility has not only been discussed in doctrine but has been embodied by the Swiss Air decision of the Swiss Federal Court and has became law within the scope of article 209 of Turkish Code of Commerce. In this thesis, the liability arising from trust for group of companies that is still developing within the legal systems is examined in details.
