Özet (EN)

This study aimed to identify the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of vice principals in secondary education institutions for the effective and accurate use of the e-School Management Information System. The research also sought to clarify the needs related to system use, as well as job descriptions and role expectations, through the SCID (Systematic Curriculum and Instructional Development) job analysis model. The study employed a qualitative research design, specifically the SCID Analysis sub-design within the systematic review framework. The research population consisted of official guidelines and regulations issued by the Ministry of National Education, along with documents concerning the use of the e-School Management Information System. The sample was drawn from the module-related contents used by vice principals in secondary education institutions. Findings were categorized and discussed across six dimensions based on the outcome criteria outlined in the SCID performance test: job description and role expectations, entry and basic usage skills, decision-making and module selection, module-based technical processes, iterative and critical processes, and processes requiring legal and administrative knowledge. As a result of the research, the importance of developing a guiding manual for school administrators has been revealed.
