Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the yield and quality potential of some soybean genotypes under Sivas ecological conditions. The experiment carried out for this purpose was established in Sivas Science and Technology University research and application land in 2023. In the study, 11 genotypes and 3 varieties (PNR-8, Yemsoy and Yesilsoy) were used as materials. Soybean samples were evaluated in terms of some yield (number of days to first flowering, number of days to maturity, plant height, number of side branches, first pod height, number of pods per plant, number of grains per pod, number of nodes, pod length, pod width, pod weight, grain yield, 100 grain weight) and quality parameters (moisture, ash, antioxidant). As a result of the research, VD1-5 was separated from the others as the variety with the lowest moisture content since it is preferred to have low moisture content for seed preservation. VD1-3 and VD1-10 genotypes had relatively higher antioxidant activity and VD1-5 variety had low moisture content.
