In this study, nongovernmental organizations relations with political power and the ways of influencing it have been examined. In addition, information about the formation of nongovenment organizations formation, their activities, other arganizations they interact with their porposes and affects and ways of influencing the political power ar emphasized. Nongovernmental arganizations can not only influence the political power by lobbying but also cen affect them by doing referandum which is a matter of law. They can also affectthe decisions made or will be made by political power by preparing a report and making presssure on them.
