Hasan Saka goverments(1947-1949)from the political perspective

The crisis after the World War II forced Turkey to keep goodrelationship with Western countries. Hasan Saka Terms had crucial effects inTurkey?s democratical progression during this world crisis.In September 1947 his cabinet commenced and tried not only to adoptthe September 7 Economical and Administrative Precautions, taken by theformer government, to the new situation but also to calm down the tensionbetween the political parties.During Saka Terms there had been very important democraticalimprovements and this term is considered as a rehearsal for the move to theMulti-Party Politics period.However, the Saka Cabinet were severely criticized for failing ineconomics by the opposing political parties and by their own party membersand they had to resign.
