Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction of administrators and teachers working in high schools that accept students with or without examination. This research's study group consists of 322 teachers working in Batman city center during the 2021-2022 academic year, with 161 of them working in schools that require exams and 161 in schools that do not require. As part of the research, a Personal Information Form and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale were applied face-to-face to the teachers. To analyze the data, mean value, percentage calculations, t-test and One Way Anova analysis were used. According to the findings achieved from the research: Job satisfaction level of managers and teachers do not differentiate significantly according to school type. Job satisfaction level does not show significant differences according to variables such as age, gender, marital status. The item with the highest average in the job satisfaction scale is "I do not perform a task that is not ethical." (x̃=4.46). The item with the lowest average is "The salary I receive for my work is satisfactory." (x̃=2.02). Key words: Manager, Teacher, Job satisfaction
