Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between classroom teachers' individual entrepreneurial orientations and instructional leadership behaviors. Thus, a correlational survey design, whichc is one of the quantitative research models, was used in the study. As for data collection, The Teacher Personal Information Form, the Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation Scale, and the Instructional Leadership Behaviors Scale were used. 196 classroom teachers who were working at 14 public primary schools, located in the center of the Pursaklar district of Ankara during the 2023-2024 academic year constituted the study group. The kurtosis and skewness values obtained from the scales were found to be between -3 and +3, which was deemed sufficient for a normal distribution. Therefore, the data were analyzed using parametric test techniques such as ANOVA, t-test, correlation, and regression. This study has revealed that classroom teachers' individual entrepreneurial orientations have been a significant predictor of their instructional leadership behaviors. KEYWORDS: teacher, entrepreneurship, individual entrepreneurship, leadership, instructional leadership, orientation.
