Investigation of the relationship between the levels of children love and teaching motivation of classroom teachers

The aim of this research is to study the relationship between the primary school teachers' love level towards children and their teaching motivation. 835 primary school teachers, who work in 33 public schools of Ministry of Education in centrum of Adıyaman during 2021 and 2022 educational teaching year, have made up the universe of this research, which has been carried out through relativistic scanning model among scanning research models. The sample of the exemplification of this research consists of 403 primary school teachers who have been chosen through simple random exemplification. "Personal Information Form", "Barnett Children Love Scale" and "Teaching Motivation scales" have been used as data collection tools in this research. The data acquired from this research has been analysed via SPSS package programme. t Test for unrelated exemplifications, One Way Variance Analysis (ANOVA), Kruskal Wallis-H test, Mann-Whitney U test have been used in analyzing the data. Linear Regression Analysis has also been made to determine the prediction levels of independent variables over dependent variables. In order to determine meaningful difference took place among which variable as a result of these tests, multiple comparisions have been made via meaningful difference Bonferroni, Mann-Whitney U test. As a result of the resaerch in terms of both the love level of primary school teachers and teaching motivation, a meaningful difference has been found for women teachers according to gender variable, teachers who read children books according to variable of reading children books, teachers who know children games according to knowing enough children games variable, teachers who follow children news through media and social media according to teachers who follow children news through media and social media variable. A positive meaningful relationship has been found between predicting child loving point and predicted inner motivation and it has been found that child loving level points are a meaningful predictor of inner motivation points. As a result, a positive meaningful relationship has been found between predicting child loving point and predicted teaching motivation's total point and that child loving level points are a meaningful predictor of inner motivation points
