Investigation of the relationship between classroom teachers' digital material creation self-efficacy, technostress levels and digital competences

In line with this purpose, it evaluates the content of the classroom in terms of various variables, between the characteristics of creating digital materials, technostress and digital competencies. In addition, another aim is to evaluate the relationship between the digital material creation attributes, technostress presence and digital competencies of the class. The sample of the research consists of 215 classroom teachers. In order to determine the self-controls of creating digital materials within the scope of the research; "Development of Teachers' Self-Efficacy for Creating Digital Materials Scale", "Digital Competence Scale for Educators: Adaptation, Validity and Reliability Study" to determine their digital control, and "Teachers' Technostress Levels Scale" to determine the scope of technostress. SPSS 22 package program was used to analyze the sections obtained in the research. Since the data of the study showed normal distribution, they were analyzed by applying t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni, ratio and multiple regression. According to the data obtained in the research, the gender variable of the class structure was designed to be directed only in the digital assessment scale. The variable of the region where he worked was taken into account in the technostress measurements. In the service time variable, the method was aimed in the digital certificate and technostress device. In the variable of educational status, it was determined as the method in the digital measuring device. A moderately positive relationship is aimed between teachers' self-efficacy to create digital materials and digital experiences. A low-level negative relationship is aimed between teachers' self-efficacy in creating digital materials and technostress indicators. A moderate negative correlation is aimed between teachers' digital certificates and their technostress.
