Abstract (EN)

Educational program which is developed according to needs of our country, is the most important tool used by countries while they are raising appropriate person type. Teachers who are practitioner of educational programs has a critical role in carriying out the objectives of the country. Therefore teachers'perspectives to training program give us an idea about how they are practitioner. As well as how teachers have used the program, the existing educational beliefs of teachers takes turn to education.The target of this research is to compare educational beliefs of classroom teachers and their beliefs about the metaphorical perception of training program. 315 teachers who work as a classroom teacher in the province of Gaziantep joined this research. Simultaneous variations method, one of the mixed pattern method which serves using together both quantitative and qualitative data collection, is used in this research. Datas are collected by using a questionnaire which contains items of "Education Beliefs Scale" and personal informations and questions determining metaphors of the classroom teachers related to educational programs. The statistical package program for social sciences is used the analysis of the data obtained in the research. The T-test and One-Way ANOVA analysis techniques is used in order to determine the relation between two factors. As a result of the research it states that educational beliefs of class teachers does not show a difference depending on determining factor ; all of the teachers,who have either positive or negative opinion aganist educational program, have existential belief.
