Abstract (EN)
The goal of this study is to identify perceived self-efficacy of class teachers on interactive white board usage and analyse whether perceived self-efficacy levels are related to various variables (age, gender, professional seniority, computer usage experience, having received in-service training on interactive board usage, finding the in-service training sufficient, interactive board usage experience). The study has been carried out with 321 class teachers who work in state schools in Adapazarı, Erenler and Serdivan districts of Sakarya province in 2019-2020 academic term. Of 321 teachers who have participated in the study, 184 (57.3 %) are women while 137 (42.7 %) are men. Cross-sectional screening model, one of the quantitative research models, has been used for the study. Personal Data Form and Interactive White Board Self-Efficacy Perception Scale developed By Doğan Yılmaz (2014) have been used for data collection. Average scores of responses given by teachers to interactive white board self-efficacy scale indicate that they see themselves efficient at a good level in interactive board usage. On the other hand, perceived self-efficacy levels of class teachers on interactive white board usage are significantly related to gender, age, computer usage experience, having received in-service training on interactive white board usage, finding in-service training sufficient and interactive white board usage experience.
