Technology, which has an important place in our age, has greatly affected the education as our daily life. Today, instructional technologies find a place for themselves in many educational institutions. Another important factor, as well as the availability of technological materials in schools, is the self-efficacy levels of teachers. In this research, it is aimed to determine the self-efficacy level of primary school teachers of using instructional technologies in science lessons and to investigation whether there is a significant difference in terms of some variables (gender, education level, location of the school, the level of education given, etc.). Also, determining the self-efficacy of teachers, who have a key role in the selection and use of instructional technologies, is important to their students. Quantitative data were analyzed using non-parametric analysis techniques. Research results: It has been shown that the professional development self-efficacy levels of primary school teachers are formed at high level, but their self-efficacy levels for using instructional technologies in science teaching are at low. In addition, while instrucional technologies self-efficacy level did not change significantly in terms of gender, educational status, location of the school and grade level of education; the significant differences were determined according to professional seniority and in-service training. Keywords: Self efficacy, intstuctional technologies, science education, primary school teachers.
