For the classroom teachers the skill of beeing successfull in the undesired classroom behaviors and a plan put on a practice in a private primary school

The negative behavior of the students in the classroom concerns the management of the class. The reaction of the teachers to these bahaviors is related with the education level of the teacher. In the first grade of the primary education a research has been done to the teachers. According to this study the behaviour of the students has been investigated and evaluated according to the past years. The same investigation has been applied and evaluated on the way how the teachers reacted to this position.The undesired behaviors of the students in the classroom changes due to the negative behaviour to the teachers, to their friends, to their characteristic levels and to the demographic features of the teachers.According to the research the undesired behaviors of the students varies according to the age group of the teachers, according to their marital status, according to having children, according to their experimentation in the profession, according to their education level, according to having a teachers training education or not. In addition to these the level of the class and the teachers education about the classroom management are two other important points. In other words the teachers haven?t reacted consistently to the undesired classroom behaviors.Key Words: Undersired Behavior, Classroom Teacher, First Grade Students Of The Primary Education.
