Full fillment levels of instructional leadership roles of classroom teachers

It was aimed in this research identifiying and sharing the objective of the course,management of the curriculum and teaching process,evaluation of process of teaching and students,students with support and development of the size of a regular classroom teachers to create teaching environment and climate according to the views of teachers to determine the levels of leadership of participants according to some variables to determine of the primary schools in the central district of Bolu.It was focused on the research universe about the primary schools and classroom teachers in the center of Bolu in 2009 and 2010.Accordingly ıt was consisted of fifteen primary schools and two hundred and seventy five classroom teachers in the center of Bolu.It is not taken sampling because of studying on the universe. In this study, the following conclusions were reached:1) According to the views of classroom teachers;The most effective size in terms fulfilling the role of teachers? instructional leadership are regular teaching,learning environment and creating climate.The least effective dimensions of the teaching process are students evaluate and determine the objectives of the course and sharing.2) There are significiant differences between the instructional leadership in terms of size instructional leadership roles of teachers instead of bringing their ideas about the levels in primary schools in the province of Bolu.3) Instead of bringing of their ideas about the seniority and according to educational levels show significant differences instructional leadership roles of teachers in primary schools in the province of Bolu.4) The level varies according to their sex for instructional leadership to fulfill the role of teachers in the province of Bolu.5) Instructional leadership roles of teachers in primary schools and the level fulfilling the foreingn language profession to use their ideas about the properties vary in size according to the support and development of students in the province of Bolu.6) The level of educational qualifications to fulfill their roles according to their ideas about the course objectives to be determined to use the computer profession and share support and development students,creating a regular teaching and learning environment and climate are different sizes for classroom teachers in primary schools in the province of Bolu.Key words:İnstructional leadership,classroom teacher,primary school
