Self sufficiency levels of classroom teachers

In this research, it was aimed determining classroom teacher's self- efficacy levels according to their point of views and gathering data self- efficecies of classroom teaching related to participants if it differentiates the subject concerning variables in primary education schools placed in county Küçükçekmece administrative provience of Istanbul.It was focused on the rasearch universeabout the primary schools and classroom teachers in county Küçükçekmece, administrative provience of Istnabul in 2011- 2012. Placing in universe, among 1300 class teachers and 64 primary schools only 14 primary schools were chosen by the researcher that regarding favorable transpartasion, time and coast. Accordingly it was consisted of 14 primary schools and three 300 teachers.In this research, Ministry of National Education opinions that determined class teacher self efficacy questionare is used which is prepared by class teachers. SPSS statistics program is used to interpret statistically getting datums. As basic statistics procedures, standard deviation (ss), arithmetic average ( ), variance analysis because of three and more variables and depends on this when meaningful difference is found Post Hoc Tukey Test and in position two variables t- test is used in order to determine differences in groups. Results which are getting from this research are like these; According to opinions that class teachers havedealing with self efficacy, "Personal and Profesinal Development- Sociable Relations" is higher degree than the others ( = 4.08 and ss= 0.51), "Art and Esthetic" subject is lower degree than the others ( = 3.53 and ss= 0.51). Opinions of class teachers Show us meanngful differences of can be changable related with their sexualities, ages, occupational seniorities, education degrees and their utility services that have joined.In variable of sexuality, in subject "Trocing and Evaluation", "Imoroving Lingustic Skills" and "Science an Tecnologic Devolopment" differences were found. Differences are the side of female teachers.According to age variable, "Learning- Teaching Surroundings and Development", "Art and Esthetic", "Scientific and Tecnological Development" and "Personel Responsibilities and Socializing" in these subjects in given answers meaningful differences were found. Differences are in favor of teachers at the age over 46.According to variable in occupational seniority, in subjects "Learning- Teaching Surrounding and Development" and "Art and Esthetic" meaningful differences are found in given answers. These differences are in favor of teachers of whom accupational seniorities 11 and over.Variable of educational level in, "Scientific and Tecnological Development" subject difference is in favor of teachers who are graduated from pre master's degree and master's degree.According to service education variable, "Learning- Teaching Surrounding and Development", "Lingustic Skills Development", "Personal Responsibilities and Socializing" in these subjects in given answers meaningful differences were found.
