Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to determine the classroom management styles of primary school-class teachers and examine the relationship between the levels of self-esteem of the students and the relationship between different variables. The research was made in accordance with the general scanning model from descriptive research methods. The 4th grade teachers and primary schools served in Erzincan provincial center in the study of the study of the study in 2020-2021 in Education in Education. The sample of the study has created 45 teachers and 565 students in accordance with the simple selection of sampling methods. In order to determine the classroom management style of classroom teachers participating in the study, the classroom management style scale was applied to the students and the self-respect scale. Applied to 565 people from the 4th grade students. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS for Windows 24 program. In the analyses, Independent Sample T Test and One Way ANOVA Analyses were performed, which are parametric tests that are appropriate for the normal distribution. In addition, the nonparametric Mann Whitney U test was used for data that were not suitable for the normal distribution. In October, Spearman correlation analysis and Chi-square and regression analysis were performed to decipher the relationships between the variables.The findings of the research are more preferred that the appreciated grade management style is more preferred, and the preferred class management style profile is preferred. The teachers' class management styles were examined that gender and severance states have not affected. While the self-esteem level of men from the sub-dimensions of the self-esteem scale is higher than the level of self-esteem of men, girls have been lower than the level of self-esteem. In the size of school success, the scores of female students are higher. It was determined that the teachers have no relationship between class management styles and students self-esteem levels.
