Abstract (EN)

This research is a study evaluating class teachers' self-efficacy perceptions, ways of using the technologies and their effectiveness, especially focusing on the basic education level. Case study design was used in the mixed type of study. Twelve teachers were selected from among the 3 classrooms (low, middle, high level) of the application of 'Use of Information Technologies in Education' scale to 90 classroom teachers working in Batman in 2016-2017 academic year and 3 focus group interviews conducted with these teachers and qualitative data were collected. As a conclusion of the research; it was found that the teachers had the lowest average self-efficacy perceptions dimension related to information technologies when the results related to the scale of "technology perceptions and competences" applied before focus group interviews to the class teachers working in Batman province were examined. The dimension with the highest average reflects the use of technology in education in teaching processes. This result means that teachers believe that they have positive outcomes on students when they use technology in their teaching process.
