In this study, relationship and partner-centered obsessions in borderline personality organization were investigated. In this direction, the nature of object relations such as alienation, egocentrism, social inadequacy and insecure attachment, and separation anxiety on the relationship and partner-centered obsessions in borderline personality organization were examined. The sample of the study consists of 419 female participants over the age of 18 who are in a relationship. Borderline Personality Inventory, Relationship Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory, Partner-Related Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory, Bell Object Relations Scale and Adult Separation Anxiety Questionnaire were used as data collection tools in the study. The data set was analyzed by the SPSS Program in accordance with the research questions and hypotheses. According to the results; alienation, insecure attachment and egocentrism were the predictors of the relationship obsessions while egocentrism and alienation are the predictors of the partner obsessions in borderline personality organization. The study provides important information regarding the relational nature of borderline personality and the clinical appearance of relational obsessions.
