Abstract (EN)

Today, interest in alternative energy sources has increased due to the rapid depletion of fossil energy sources and the damage they cause to the environment. Hydrogen energy is a good alternative due to its abundant availability, high energy value, environmentally friendly and clean. In this study, the performance analysis of hydrogen production experiments by green synthesis from sodium boron hydride was carried out by Data Envelopment Analysis. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a non- parametric efficiency method developed to measure the relative efficiencies of decision-making units (DMUs) that are similar to each other in terms of the goods and services they produce. Input-oriented CCR was used as the analysis method. In the analysis, NaOH, catalyst and sodium boron hydride quantities are taken as inputs and hydrogen generation rate is taken as output. The analyses were performed separately for water, water-ethanol and methanol media. The results of the analyses are discussed.
