The characteristics of the products designed and manufactured within the scope of the study were examined ergonomically and in terms of performance and compared with the coldclimate clothing currently used. In the study, 6 different kinds of products were obtaine dusing 3 different methods. In the first method, bead fiber polyester, microgel polyester and hollow fiber were used as filler materials in different proportions. In the second method, environment alapproaches were aimed and it was aimed to evaluate waste fabrics. For this purpose, a fabric was obtained on the pile surface by recycling the clothes produced for military use in sewing houses and the waste clipping fabrics produced during the garment stage. This surface was combined with the main material to obtain a laminated fabric surface.
