Abstract (EN)

In this study, polyindole, polyaniline and copolymers of indole-aniline was synthesized on stainless steel electrode and TiO2 coated stainless steel with sol-gel method. Synthesis of the copolymer was achieved in two different monomer solutions, this monomer feed ratio was indole:aniline 1:1 and 1:9. Polymers were synthesized by electrochemical technique. TiO2 sol-gel solution was prepared by hydrolysis of titanium butoxide. TiO2 on the electrode surface was coated by dipping method. TiO2 coating on the surface was analyzed by SEM and EDX method. Structure of polymers was investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy, and morphology of polymers was examined by SEM images. In addition, to elucidate of the shape of polyindol binding was investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Electrochemical corrosion behaviour of the electrodes was investigated by impedance spectroscopy method and anodic polarization curves.
