Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between social justice leadership, school academic optimism and school achievement ant the mediating effect of school academic optimism on the relationship between social justice leadership and school achievement. The study was designed as a correlational research. The participants of the research consist of 409 secondary school teachers working in 41 secondary schools in 2020-2021 academic year in the central district of Isparta. Data of the study was obtained with Social Justice Leadership Scale-Teacher Form and School Academic Optimism Scale. The schools' 2020 High School Entrance Exam scores were used for school success. SPSS 22 package program and LISREL 8.7 program were used in the analysis of the data. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were used to analyze the data. According to the results of the research, teachers' school academic optimism levels and school principals' social justice leadership levels are high. In addition, it was concluded that there are positive and significant relationships between social justice leadership and school success and school academic optimism, and between school academic optimism and school success. As another result of the research, it was determined that school academic optimism has a mediating role between social justice leadership and school success.
