Abstract (EN)

Online shopping is increasingly in demand as one of the advantages provided by the internet. Nowadays, consumer's shopping habits have changed radically and have adapted to online shopping. It is observed that the share impulsive purchasing within the expenses made in online shopping is increasingly day by day. Social networks attract all attention as the platform where individuals spend the most time in their daily life. Social networks exposing consumers to a variety of stimuli through marketing practices instinctively increase the likelihood of buying online. The purpose of this study, to determine the effect of social networks impulsivity and encourage / discouraging factors of online impulse buying on online impulse buying behavior. In the research, data obtained from 266 consumer via online survey technique were analyzed by using easy sampling technique. The resulting data; ıt was evaluated by descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the study, it is seen that the impulsiveness of social networks and factors of online impulse buying significantly affect online impulse buying behaviour. In addition, it has been determined that encourage factors of online impulse buying have positive effects on the impulsiveness of social networks.
