Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to emphasize the mediating role of organizational learning ability and organizational social capital in achieving sustainable market performance with the social ties that a firm develops with external stakeholders, in line with the recommendations of dynamic capabilities and relationship management theory. In this context, structural equation analysis through AMOS 23 program to test linear relationships with 145 survey data collected from senior managers or key managers who have worked for at least two years in companies that have 30 employees or more and have been operating for more than five years, and Following the procedures of Baron & Kenny (1986), mediator analysis was performed with the AMOS 23 program. In this context, in the study i) the positive effect of business ties on organizational learning ability, ii) the positive effect of organizational learning ability on the social capital of the organization, iii) the partial mediator role of learning ability between social ties and social capital, iv) social capital's positive influence on product innovation and market performance and v) social capital's having a partial mediating role between organizational learning ability and sustainable market advantage variables.
