Opinions of social students teachers on the EBA by the components

Since technology is constantly evolving and changing in every field, the use of technology as a tool in the lessons strengthens the communication of the individual with the global world. As a catalyst for the implementation of educational reforms that focus on learning-centered practices in schools, technology has now eliminated many limitations such as time and space, minimizing the limitations of learning and teaching activities. Technology, which greatly contributes to learning needs, such as structuring the educational activities of students in line with their individual interests and needs, building and restructuring knowledge, continues to rapidly integrate into schools. It is exactly at this point to fuse with the education system by the Ministry of National Education in Turkey advanced technology, promote the innovation, continuously improve by measuring and evaluating, student-centered, using the highest level of information technology and project-based national given the Fatih Project name projects to provide training began. Fatih Project, in Turkey, having been piloted and is an educational project aimed to spread after 2010. Smart board and tablet computers are among the technologies used in this project. It is noteworthy that there is no study on the use of smart board and tablet computers in social studies courses. This study reveals the opinions of teachers about the smart board and tablet computers in the social studies courses in the schools where the FATIH Project is implemented in Yozgat and the districts in the 2018-2019 academic year. The universe of this study is the social studies teacher in the schools where FATIH Project is implemented in Yozgat. The data in this study were carried out with a screening model, taking into account the current situation. The findings of the study were tried to be obtained by open-ended questions prepared by the researcher in accordance with expert opinions. Keywords: Social studies, Fatih Project, EBA
