The evaluation of women's rights, responsibilities and social activity against social changes in terms of İslamic law

This study, in various societies and some stereotypes; It is a study prepared on the re-examination of the rights and responsibilities given to women by the religion of Islam, against the contempt and humiliation of women, their being put in the background, the attempt to restrict their participation in social activities and the approach of basing all these on religious sources. It is obvious that the status of women has been elevated with Islam. The religion of Islam has not deprived women of anything that Islam has made halal. It did not prevent him from participating in social worship or taking part in business life in the public or private sector. Hz. It is known that there were female personalities who were engaged in trade, interested in politics, and gained fame with art and science during and after the Prophet's period. Since our age is the age of technology and we are in a constant change and development, it is inevitable that some provisions should be reconsidered. It is necessary to re-examine the rights and responsibilities of women and the issues they are free to do, and to give women the respect and value they deserve. Our work; It has been tried to be realized within the framework of evaluations on the creation of women, the perspective of societies on women in the historical process, women's social and social responsibilities towards their spouse, children, environment, and women's material and moral rights.
