Kemal DEMİRCİ June, 2014, 151 pages One of the biggest specialist of our time is that it is in a period of running and rapid period. Organizations which are affected from its environment.this rapid changing oblige to review their traditional construction, technology and values that they own. Because the organizations put in effort of surviving and growing by settling the changes around them. Of course these changes will be more effective when they are done in a planned way. In this work social security institution has been chosen as an organization. This study's aim which is presented as an master's thesis is to try to analyse the organization construction of social security institution, reflection of their change to organization, elements which determine the organization constructions by discussing them. In the first part of the study, notional analyse of social security system has been made, similar notions have been discussed, the importance of social security has been told in different ways. the informations about organization and organizatinal culture have been inclueded on the second part. On the third and fourth part, there are informations about social security institution. The history, present situation, prudental strategic plans of social security institution have been tried to be told. The analysis has been supported by the interviews which has been made at social security institution, Ankara, Main servers. Key Words: Social Security Instituon, Organization, Interview.
