Abstract (EN)
Social relation is one of the most basic and important elements of social life. This importance has a more deterministic characteristic in organized societies. Our social relation types form our attitudes, behaviours, believes, culture and identity. Many factors in the society that the individuals live may be effective on forming their behaviours. Individual, as a part of social structure, is being effected by the media and social groups such as family, school, friend groups, non-governmental organisations, political parties, congregations, profession foundations; they form their political behaviours in effect of all these. As a voter, the individual is subjected to many internal and external factors in the process of the formation of their political behaviour. It is considered that the social groups and the communication process among these groups are undoubtedly effective significant factors amongst these factors. While forming his political behaviour, the voter is effected by the group he is in membership in the frame of compliance, persuasion or obedience. Meanwhile the group members are expected to carry out a similar attitude and behaviour towards a matter according to the group norms and values. Social relation groups have effects in different levels and forms on the individual as a voter. This differs than the form of social relation, the duration of the social relation, the attitudes and values that are generated by social relation. However there is a need of a scientific study to produce how these are actualized and at what level they have effects.
