Abstract (EN)
Harmonize with variative consumer profile with the progress of technology and diversity of the communication channels necessitates to open door for the new Various applications.As a new marketing communication channel, the Social Media signifies the applications which are more than brought to attention and rised of importance day by day.Rising the user amount of these social media institutions necessitates the investigate of the consumption behaviors of users.With this necessity, the purpose of this study is to examine the social media structure and evaluate from the viewpoint of purchasing decision duration.The social media might be evaluated as an active online channel that it supports all of the marketing communication elements,it would be useful for that, it could be exchanged ideas interactively one to one with the target market.Besides, for the customer behaviours social media means applications which easy and fast online way to find goods, making more information about them and would be useful for effective customer relationship management.
