Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, one of the most important communication tools in parallel with the use of the internet is also increasing the use of social media. Social media Web 2.0 brings opportunities where the users can create their own content and have the opportunity to share them with virtual communities, furthermore consumers can research information based on brands and firms and they can access the desired products quickly and easily. In this study the concept of social media by considering the relationship with the social media consumer behaviour are discussed. Furthermore through snowball sampling a survey was conducted on Facebook users. This survey aims to reveal how social media impacts consumer behaviour. The survey is formed in the format of Google Documents. Through Facebook total of 685 people surveys were obtained and analysed. There were several analysis used, frequency analysis, factor analysis and Multivariate Analysis of Variance As a result of the analysis the most common used site 'Facebook' has been emerged. With the factor analysis, consumer behaviour on social media was analysed such as; accessing information, ease of access and factors of researchers and consumers being affected by the commercial have been found. In addition, consumers through social media once a year purchase cosmetic products due to affordable prices. Based on demographic characteristics frequent purchasing of cosmetic products and reason to purchase cosmetic products had no meaningful difference.
