Awareness of e-health applications within the scope of social marketing: the case of Diyarbakir

Abstract (EN)
Social marketing is widely used to promete public health, prevent accidents, protect the environment and so on. Today, people want to be informed about goods and services that will make their lives easier. Through social marketing campaings, individuals are made aware of new information and practices on these want and needs. When today's mobile health market is analyzed, there are applications developed for every age and need. In this study, e-Nabız, MHRS and E-Laboratory applications were evaluated within the scope of social marketing and the awareness and usage of these applications in Diyarbakır were measured. Qu estionnaire administration has been implemented 481 guestionnaires were included in the evaluations. It was determined that the majority of individuals know what e-pulse and MHRS application are. It was concluded that the E-Laboratory application is less known. A significant relationship was found between participants marital status, age, income, occupation and awareness of e-Pulse, MHRS and E-Laboratory services. No significant correlation was found between their educational status and marital status and awareness of e-Pulse, MHRS and E-Laboratory services.
