Abstract (EN)
The Social Security Rights aim securing the lifes of the people without depending on any others. The Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Law numbered 5510 realized within the social security reform aims providing a structure which presents equal scope and quality of social security service other al citizens. The aim of this object is analysing the effects of the reconstruction occured by the Social Security Institution which was gathered under one roof with merger of SSK (Social Insurance Institution), BAĞ-KUR (Insuranced Self-Employed Institution), Emekli Sandığı (Pension Fund Institution) to the institute performance, I benefited from the balanced scorecard, and already examined the institutional performance from the financial, citizen, interior processes and learning-growth point of view. The information obtained within all these analysis and inspection, demonstrates that all the facilities performed within the reform process are positive and also points out that if the institute corrects the deficiences, it will be more effective.
